Degree
from a University.
Post
Graduate Degree or Diploma in Personnel Management.
OR
Degree
from a recognized University.
Postgraduate
degree in Personnel Management or MSW or MBA in Personnel Admn Or Post Graduate
Diploma in Personnel Management (2 Years full-time Course) from Recognized
Universities.

Years’ Experience
Marketing
Organizer :
First
Class degree and or High Second Class Post Degree in any discipline or Degree
in Cooperation & Banking from KAU.
Two
Years of experience in the marketing of consumer products.
Technician
(Refrigeration) Gr.II 1) :
SSLC
with ITI Refrigeration and having an Electrical wireman License.
3
years Experience in the trade.
Junior
Supervisor P&I :
Graduate
with HDC/B Sc (Banking & Cooperation) of KAU. OR Secretaries of affiliated
APCOS with a degree and 3 years experience as paid Secretary.

Application
fee for the post serially numbered (1) is Rs.1000/- and for the posts serially
numbered (2), (3) & (5) is Rs.500/-. For applicants under SC/ST category,
the application fee for the post serially numbered (1) is Rs.500/- and for the
post serially numbered (2) to (5) is Rs.250/-, which is to be remitted online
along with submission of the application.
Mode
of Selection:
The
mode of the selection process for the post of Technician in all categories will
be based on written and qualifying skill tests only. No interview will be
conducted.
