Master Degree in Business Administration withspecialization in HR with minimum of 60%marks or
Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma(Two Years) with specialization in HR withminimum of 60% marks or
Post Graduate Degree with specialization inPersonnel Management & Industrial Relationswith minimum of 60% marks or
Post Graduate Degree in PersonnelManagement/ Human Resource Managementwith minimum of 60% marks.
Preference will be given to candidates with additionalqualification of LLB Degree with Labour Laws aselective subject.
Essential Experience:
Minimum of 10 years post qualification managerial experience in Human Resource/ Administration in

Government / Semi-Government Companies / Establishments.
Salary: 70,000 - 2,00,000

Essential Experience:
Minimum of 7 years post qualification managerial experience in Administration areas in
Public Sector Undertaking or

Government / Semi-Government Companies /Establishments.
Salary: 50,000 - 1,60,000
In case of candidates working in PSUs/ Government /Autonomous bodies in the regular cadre, one year experience shall be in the immediate lower scale of pay or equivalent.
