CBSE has cancelled class 12th board exams this year due to the Covid-19 pandemic. CBSE 12th results will be declared on the basis of students performance in the class 10th, Class 11th results and unit test, mid-term examination and pre-board examination result of class 12th board conducted by the school. According to the notice issued by CBSE, Students will be awarded a maximum of 100 marks for each subject, out of which 30% marks will be based on Class 11 final exam, 30% marks based on best-of-three subject in Class 10th marks and 40% marks will be calculated based on the performance of the students in 12th pre-board exam. How to get the hardcopy of CBSE Class 12 result?

The hardcopy of CBSE result for class 12^th (arts, science and commerce) is the marksheet. After the result has been announced on the official website of CBSE, the marksheet can be collected from the designated school of the candidate. The school will inform the students to collect their marksheet on a given date.

To avoid chaos in school, students will be allotted different dates to collect their marksheets along with other important certificates. Students should collect all the necessary certificates from school for future reference. Marksheet is usually available after 20 or 25 days of the declaration of the result on the website. If a student requires result for future admission, the softcopy of result is also a valid tentative marksheet.

2) Under the ‘education’ section of the DigiLocker website, click on ‘Central Board Of Secondary Education’.

3) Select Class 12 passing certificate and Class 12 marksheet. Right now these links are not available; you can be able to check once the result is declared.

4) You can access your marksheet and/or certificate by using the mobile number registered with CBSE.

1) Download DigiLocker app either from Google PlayStore (for Android) or App Store (for iOS) and install it.

2) Open the app and click on ‘Access DigiLocker’.

3) Enter your registered phone number registered. Note the number should be the same which you provided at the time of CBSE registration.

4) Access your CBSE marksheet and certificate.

Re-evaluation process for CBSE result class 12^th name wise

If a student is not satisfying with his result, he or she can apply for revaluation. Revaluation is applied after the declaration of class 12^th result. Candidates will have to fill the revaluation application form and pay the fees for the process. Earlier, students had to request for the hardcopy of the subject they want to revaluate. After obtaining the hardcopy, students will have to pay Rs.100 per question.
