നീറ്റ് 2021 ഇന്ത്യയിലെ 198 ഓളം ടെസ്റ്റ് സെന്ററുകളിൽ നടക്കും. ഏകദേശം 16 ലക്ഷം ടെസ്റ്റ് എഴുതുന്നവർ, യുജി പ്രവേശനത്തിനുള്ള ഇന്ത്യയിലെ ഏറ്റവും പ്രധാനപ്പെട്ട മെഡിക്കൽ പ്രവേശന പരീക്ഷയാണ് നീറ്റ്. എയിംസ്, ജിപ്മർ എംബിബിഎസ് പരീക്ഷകൾ നിർത്തലാക്കി എന്നത് ശ്രദ്ധേയമാണ്, ഇപ്പോൾ ഈ രണ്ട് സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിലേക്കും പ്രവേശനം നീറ്റ് വഴിയാണ് നടക്കുന്നത്.

Step 3 – Uploading of scanned documents and images

After filling out the details in the application form of NEET 2021, the next step is to upload scanned copies of the photograph and signature as specified.

Passport size photograph –

NEET 2021 photograph of the candidate should not be older than September 1, 2020.

Photograph should mention the name of the candidate and date of taking the photograph.

NTA NEET photograph should have a plain white background.

NEET photo 2021 should be clear.

Photograph should have a minimum 80% of the facial coverage.

Ears of the candidate should be clearly visible in the NEET UG photograph.

Candidates can wear spectacles.

Important points to remember

NEET photos should not be polaroid or computer-generated.

Background of the photograph should be plain without any scenery or objects.

Candidates should not be wearing any caps or goggles in NTA NEET-UG photo.

NEET photograph should not be attested.

There should not be any reflection or shadow in the image of NEET 2021 photograph.

Candidates are advised to keep six or more passport size NEET UG photos ready to be used during the admission process.

Postcard size photograph

Postcard size NTA NEET photo should be the same as passport size photograph.

NEET 2021 postcard photographs should not be older than September 1, 2020.

At the bottom of NEET postcard size photograph mention the name of the candidate and date of taking the photograph.

Background of NTA NEET 2021 postcard photograph should be plain white.

Like passport size photograph, the NEET postcard photo should have a minimum 80% of the facial coverage.

Ears of the candidate should be clearly visible in the NEET UG photograph.

Important points to remember

NEET postcard size photo 2021 should not be computer-generated.

Avoid wearing any caps or goggles in NTA NEET postcard photo.

Step 4 – Payment of NEET Application Fee

NEET 2020 application fee can be paid in both offline or online modes:

Online Payment: Through Debit/Credit/ Net Banking

Note: Keep the proof of payment in the form of transaction ID/ receipt in case of online payment or stamped E-challan (candidate’s copy) safe till admission is complete.

Step 5 – Printing the NEET Acknowledgement receipt

Once the application fee is paid, a confirmation page or acknowledgement receipt will be generated. This means that the application of NEET 2020 has been successfully submitted.

A copy of the NEET acknowledgement or confirmation page will also be sent to the registered email as well the mobile number of the candidates.

Candidates are advised to save this acknowledgement receipt for future reference. They are also advised to take a printout of the same for reference.

NEET Correction Window 2021

The correction window for NEET application form 2020 will be tentatively opened by NTA in the second week of January. Candidates must use the NEET application form correction guide to edit the mistakes made or incorrect details entered in the application form by the specified date. To make the changes and use the NEET 2020 correction window, candidates must login by entering their NEET application number and password. Once the application form of NEET 2020 is displayed, candidates can edit any field in it.

After making the relevant corrections in the NEET application form 2020, click on ‘Preview and Submit’

An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number of the candidates.

Enter the OTP number and click on ‘Final Submit’

A warning message will pop-up on the screen, which asks, ‘This is the one-time correction facility, no correction will be allowed after final submission. Do you wish to submit corrected application form finally?’

Click on ‘Please do’ to submit the corrections or else click on ‘oops no’ to go back and make some other corrections.

After submitting the corrections, the NEET application correction slip will be displayed on the screen with the corrected information.

Correction of Image Discrepancy in NEET 2021 application form

Any modifications or corrections to the photograph/signature can be done using the facility given by NTA after January 31, 2020. Candidates must follow the steps below to correct any discrepancies in their photograph or signature uploaded with the NEET application form 2020.

NEET 2021 Exam Pattern

Students can know details about NEET Exam pattern in the below given section:

Mode of Paper: The NEET 2021 paper will be held in offline – Pen and paper mode.
