Job Description:

• Able to read and interpret documents on safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

H2S Sales & Services Team Leader

Sales Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities:-

• Maintains and updates the Bidders’ List and initiate per-qualification activities with end user.
• Receives the tenders and related correspondence and acknowledges the receipt wherever required.
• Provides administrative support to the tender opening committee, Finance and the end user to effectively open and evaluate the tenders on financial and technical parameters.
• Coordinates with the end users to write the Technical and Commercial Request For Proposal (RFP) as a part of the tender.
• Develops standard documentation/forms and internal policies and procedures related to tendering for procurement.
• Reviews the tender packs to ensure that they comply with policies and have all necessary details and documents, before being sent to the suppliers / contractors / consultants.
• Arranges to deliver the tenders to the pre-qualified vendors / suppliers / consultants / contractors and ensure they are received by the right people.
• Sends the necessary communication to the shortlisted tenderers about the status of tender evaluation through the Letters of Intent manages all negotiations with vendors / services providers and tracks the implementation of assigned contract.
• Reviews all contractors’ correspondence and responds as necessary.
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
• Organize and coordinate sales representatives schedules.
• Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
• Recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives.

• Strong experience in Sap Arabia.
• Handled the accounts of Saudi Aramco, Sabic and its affiliates.
• Strong knowledge in the qualifications and approvals of services and products inside Saudi Aramco, Sabic and its affiliates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Persuasive and goal-oriented.
• In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the market.
