Salary Details:

Successful candidates selected as Agniveer (SSR) will receive an Agniveer package of Rs.30,000/- per month with a fixed yearly increment. Additionally, they will be entitled to receive Risk and Hardship allowances (as applicable in IAF), Dress and Travel allowances.

Terminal Benefits - Seva Nidhi Package:

Agniveer (SSR) personnel will be eligible for a one-time 'Seva Nidhi' package, which includes their monthly contribution along with matching contribution by the Government upon completion of their engagement period. The contribution amounts vary for each year, and after four years, the approximate total contribution to Agniveers Corpus Fund will be Rs. 5.02 lakh.

Age Limit:

Candidates should be born between November 1, 2002, and April 30, 2006 (both dates inclusive).

Qualification:

Applicants must have qualified the 10+2 examination with Mathematics and Physics, along with at least one of the following subjects: Chemistry, Biology, or Computer Science from the Boards of School Education recognized by the Ministry of Education, Government of India.

Medical Standards:

Minimum Height for Male Candidates: 157 CMS

Minimum Height for Female Candidates: 152 CMS

Visual Standards: Without Glasses (Better Eye 6/6, Worse Eye 6/9), With Glasses (Better Eye 6/6, Worse Eye 6/6).

Tattoo: Permanent body tattoos are only permitted on the inner face of forearms.
