Qualification Requirements

1. Assistant Manager (Public Relations) – E2 Level

   • Education: Full-time regular graduation in any discipline with a two-year full-time Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in Journalism or Mass Communication from a recognized institution/university.
   • Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in Corporate Communications/Public Relations, preferably in Government/PSU sectors. Candidates should have experience in handling press & media, organizing press conferences, liaising with government bodies, and managing communications across various media platforms.

2. Assistant Manager (Safety) – E2 / Manager (Safety) – E3

   • Education: Full-time M.Tech/M.E in Fire & Safety or Safety, or B.Tech/B.E in any branch of Engineering with a one-year PG Degree/Diploma in Safety or NEBOSH Diploma, or B.Tech/B.E in Fire & Safety Engineering from a recognized university.
   • Experience:
     • Manager: Minimum 7 years of experience in safety, with at least 3 years in the metro rail construction sector.
     • Assistant Manager: Minimum 5 years of experience in safety, with at least 2 years in the metro rail construction sector.
       Responsibilities include managing safety at construction sites, implementing safety norms, and monitoring compliance.
