Educational qualification

Candidates must possess all three of the following:

1. Degree in any discipline from a recognised university.

2. MBA in any discipline from a recognised university or an institute recognised by the Central/State Government. (Must be obtained through a regular course of study.)

3. PGDCA from a university or institute recognised by the Central/State Government. (Must be obtained through a regular course of study.)

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory cadre from any public sector undertaking or a registered firm. This experience must have been acquired after completing the MBA.

 Both MBA and PGDCA must be from a regular course of study — distance/correspondence mode qualifications are not accepted.

Age limit

18 – 40 years as on the last date of application.
Candidates must be born between 02 January 1986 and 01 January 2008 (both dates inclusive).

Age relaxation: SC/ST and OBC candidates are eligible for usual relaxation as per Kerala PSC rules. In no case shall the upper age limit exceed 50 years.
